The self-assessment outlines sustainable actions, with guidance and clarification of evidence required to support every question.

The guidance provided is industry wide, from companies such as the Energy Saving Trust, SME Climate Hub, and the Carbon Trust.
Level of Accreditation
Three levels of accreditation supports SMEs and companies of all sizes to obtain recognition and a level of achievement, applicable to their company size.
Any sized business can apply for any level of accreditation.

Cost effective accreditation
The Green Accord is a low cost environmental accreditation with a fee based on company size (number of employees). The fee covers a robust audit of your assessment submission, and help, if needed, to complete your self assessment. It also includes a certificate and logo upon successful completion of your assessment, to promote your environmental excellence.
